After my workout this morning, I went to Noah's Bagels in Thousand Oaks for nourishment. I know, bagels are so 5 years ago. But I was hungry. Next time I should try one of their low-carb bagels, although a low-carb bagel sounds like an oxymoron.
When you walk into Noah's the NYC paraphenilia is all over the place: skylines, subway maps, famous new yorkers eating bagels. Then I realized, I've never eaten a bagel in New York. In fact, I don't think I've even eaten a bagel in Montreal, where I've heard they are made differently.

Montreal bagels are unbelievable. I like the style much better than NYC bagels (although I can appreciate why people like the NYC ones). The Montreal ones are thinner, a little harder, but taste like they are glazed in pure gold.
LL, please bring bagels next time you visit LA.
