Apparently, women are auctioning off their services as imaginary girlfriends on ebay. For a fee, they will correspond with you through email, letters, phone calls like they were your significant other. Some buy this service to make an existing woman jealous. Check it out here.

First, a litlle information about myself. My name is Jon and I own a successful IT consulting company whose customers include one of the big 3 automakers. I am 5'10" tall and I am athletic (running, waterski, tennis, etc.)
Here is what you get with this auction.
First, you and I can work together to create a story of how we met. Then every morning, I will send you an email talking about anything you would like from work to how our imaginary night was together last night. Since the duration of the dating will take us through Valentine's Day, you will recieve a present from me. I will send you an anniversary card on our 1 month and 2 month anniversary. If you send me a picture of yourself, I will edit them into a picture with me, so you can show everyone a picture of us together. After the two month mark, we can either breakup or renew our status. If you choose the breakup option, you can either break up with me or vice versa. If you break up with me, I will send one final email trying to get you back, so that you may show your friends how I'm begging to have you take me back.
