Ugh. The trainers at my gym want me to eat at least 200g of protein a day. At first I thought, that's impossible. 200g of protein means 10 cans of tuna a day! I don't like tuna that much. But the trick is supplements. Protein shakes and bars must be used to reach the target. And it's still hard to do. I think I'm barely around 125g per day, which is still a lot. Definitely enough to make me feel dehydrated and give me migranes. You have to drink water like a fish on these high protein diets to keep your kidneys intact.
