For the last week in socal it's been blazing hot. About 35C everyday and it feels like summer. Some people are still using their AC. The grocer strike is still on and the 70,000 picketers have to deal with the swealtering heat. The union can only afford to pay them about $240 a week. I still haven't crossed the line and don't plan to. To compensate, I eat out more and buy groceries at small upscale grocery stores.
