Does anyone know any good dessert recipes they can give me? The simpler the better.

How to impress a date, and possibly burn down the house:
- Heat up frying pan
- Place big chunk of butter in Pan
- when butter melted, turn heat down so it does not burn
- Add bananas, pealed, cut in half lengthwise
- Add lemon juice
- Add Brown Sugar (all over)
- fry bananas
- Add dried raisins (optional)
- Turn heat up. wait a bit.
- Add dark rum (about two caps worth)
- Light up with match (pull face away while doing so.)
(...) WHOOOOOOF!
Swirl pan around to burn all the Rum.
You've just made "Banana Flambée" - tastes great, impresses the hell out of the ladies.
