Sony MDR-NC11 Fontopia Noise Canceling Headphones

Picked these up last night. Pure crap. Took them back today. If they cost $40 (which they should), it would be reasonable. But they cost $150 (Amazon has them for $90). They plug right into your ear canal, which blocks out a lot of noise on it's own. The noise cancellation seems purely superfluous. The 4ft long cord and long shaped ear pieces (which are large because of the embedded microphone) dangle precariously from your ear like gooey snot from your nose - ready to give at any instant. Forget about running or doing anything active with these.
