Read this excerpt from an article I just read and you may think, what the f*ck is going on:
"To bring Indian foods into the mainstream, changes typically have to be made in the recipes. For instance, Canadian Indian food is bland, using only a little salt and pepper, Olson said. He digs into the European spice cabinet for his flavorings."
If I told you this is written by an American for American's, you would then probably realize the article is talking about First Nations or Native Canadian food. "Canadian Indian"... how strange.
