I'm taking my first sick day from work ever (3 years) today. I need make-up. I look more hideous than usual. I showed up at work yesterday after the GRE and there was a minor commotion since everyone wanted to know what happened to me. The nurse at work berrated me for driving anywhere and sent me to our company doctor to check my head injury. The ER hadn't checked out my head injury. Since I did loose consciousness, this was a precaution. The doctor said I was ok. The nurse wanted me to stay at home today anyway.
