Non-Verbal Communication

Communication is 70% non-verbal. That's huge. And it's made me want to study more about body language in order to comprehend what people are really thinking/feeling. There's a whole dictionary of non-verbal communication on-line. They even have an entry on women's shoes.

I thought the waiting time entry was interesting. Did you know that in Italy, "television stations make no effort to begin their programs on the hour or half hour. One program is run until finished, and a new one begins with no concern for clock times or schedules".
